Agustín was born in Gualeguaychú, Entre Ríos. He studied medicine at the National University of Rosario, graduating in 2005, and majored in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine at the University of Buenos Aires. He has a master's degree in economics and health management.
His previous duties include being medical director of a private sanatorium in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and medical director of a prehospital emergency company.
Agustín learned about the Los Angeles Initiative in 2020/21 when he was invited to speak at its events. When the opportunity arose to join the organization, he did not hesitate, aware of the positive impact it has on society.
