Lucas has a degree in nursing specialising in intensive care from the São José do Rio Preto Medical School (FAMERP). He has worked as a nurse supervisor in the Neurological and Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit, where he was in charge of people management, team training, quality control and hospital cost management. He worked as a stroke protocol manager, where he had his first contact with the Angels Initiative.
Being part of the Angels Initiative team means continuing the mission of promoting the best care for neurological patients, as well as bringing information to the entire population, from children to the elderly.
